889bet Terms & Conditions – Rules and Bettor Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the platform 889bet and any individual ("Bettor" or "User") who accesses, browses, or uses the services offered at 889bet.life. By using our services, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules published on the platform.

Simply accessing the site, even without creating an account, implies acceptance of the general terms of use described in this document. For betting and financial transactions, full registration and express confirmation during the sign-up process are required.

The 889bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated to the Bettor via registered email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 (seven) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the update's effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Each Bettor may only have one (1) active account at 889bet. Creating multiple accounts — even under different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all linked accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

To create an account, the following are required: full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile number. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. The 889bet may request identity verification (KYC process) at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected.

The Bettor is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all access to their account. Any activity carried out on the account is considered the account holder's responsibility, except in cases of security breaches reported immediately to support. Using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication whenever available is strongly recommended.

• Registration details must be accurate and belong to the account holder;
• Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately;
• Transferring or selling account access to third parties is strictly prohibited;
• The 889bet may suspend accounts with inconsistent information while carrying out verification.

Use of the platform 889bet is permitted exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, residents in Brazil. Access by minors is strictly prohibited — and the platform actively enforces age verification controls. Any accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed and deposited funds returned to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction fees.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the Bettor must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code. Individuals under guardianship or with limited legal capacity are not eligible to use the platform.

Employees, partners, and service providers directly involved in the operation of 889bet, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to create an account or participate in promotions on the platform for the duration of their professional relationship.

The 889bet accepts the following deposit methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 regardless of the chosen method. Pix deposits are credited instantly once payment is confirmed by the Brazilian banking system.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves, using a payment method registered under their name and CPF. Third-party deposits are not accepted. The 889bet may request proof of ownership of the payment method as part of the KYC process.

The 889bet is not responsible for delays caused by failures in banking systems or payment processors outside the platform. If a deposit has not been credited, the Bettor must contact support and provide proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals at 889bet are processed exclusively via Pix to keys registered under the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 and the processing time is up to 1 (one) hour after the request, during normal operating hours. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per period may vary depending on the Bettor's VIP level.

To be eligible for a withdrawal, the Bettor must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) and must not have an active bonus balance with a pending rollover. Funds from real deposits (not bonuses) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to a minimum of R$ 20.00.

• Withdrawals are processed on business days and weekends, but may be delayed on national holidays;
• The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the account holder's CPF;
• Pix keys from any Brazilian bank participating in the Pix network are accepted;
• The 889bet may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts as a security measure;
• Bonus balances not converted into real balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

The 889bet offers periodic promotions, including welcome bonuses, freebets, cashback, and other special offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility, value, expiry period, rollover requirements, and qualifying markets — which are made available on each promotion's page before activation.

The standard welcome bonus of 889bet is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The required rollover is 5x the bonus amount on bets with a minimum odd of 1.50, within the 30 calendar days after the bonus is credited. Only bets on eligible sports and markets count toward meeting the rollover requirement.

• Each Bettor may receive the welcome bonus only once;
• Cancelled bets, bets on voided events, and parlays containing invalid selections do not count toward the rollover;
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically cancelled;
• The 889bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or misuse;
• Freebets have their own expiration date and the freebet amount itself is not included in the return — only the profit generated is credited as real balance.

Participation in promotions from 889bet implies agreement with the specific terms of that promotion, in addition to the general terms described herein. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and the general terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in that context.

Bets on the 889bet are confirmed at the moment the Bettor clicks "Confirm Bet" and the system issues the confirmation with the ticket code. The recorded odds are those in effect at the exact moment of confirmation. The 889bet is not liable for bets left unconfirmed due to a connection failure on the Bettor's end.

The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary depending on the event, market, and the Bettor's VIP level. Bets exceeding the maximum limits may be refused or partially accepted.

In accumulator bets (parlays), all selections must win for the ticket to be paid out. If one selection in an accumulator is declared void, the bet is recalculated without that selection — its corresponding odds are removed from the ticket calculation.

Cancelled or suspended events: If an event is cancelled before it starts, all related bets are cancelled and the stake is returned to the Bettor's balance. If an event is suspended after it begins and does not resume within the timeframe set by the organising body, bets are settled according to the sport-specific rules — available in the platform's sports rules section.

• In football, a match must be played for at least 90 regulation minutes for most markets to be settled normally;
• In tennis, if a player retires during the event, bets on unfinished matches are generally voided;
• In the NBB and other sports with a game clock, suspension rules follow the protocols established by each sport's national governing body.

Live bets on 889bet operate with real-time odds that are continuously updated as the event unfolds. The Bettor acknowledges that live odds may change between selection and confirmation — and that the confirmed odd is the one recorded at the exact moment the bet is processed.

The 889bet may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of an event (such as immediately after a goal, red card, or injury) to recalculate odds. Bets submitted during this suspension window may be refused or accepted at the recalculated odds, depending on each Bettor's account preferences.

The feature of Cash Out allows the Bettor to close a bet before the final result, receiving an amount calculated based on the current odds of the event. The Cash Out value is always displayed before confirmation and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. Cash Out is not available on all events or markets and may be temporarily suspended during periods of high traffic or technical instability.

The 889bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. Situations that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same Bettor;
• Use of account by individuals under 18 years of age;
• Participation in fraud schemes, coordinated arbitrage, or bonus abuse;
• Attempts to bypass the platform's security systems;
• Suspected money laundering or irregular financial activity;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team.

In cases of closure due to a violation, bonus balances and any winnings obtained irregularly may be forfeited. The real deposited balance (after deducting any irregular winnings) will be returned to the original deposit method once all necessary verifications are complete.

The Bettor may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by submitting a request to 889bet. Voluntary closure does not affect the right to any available real balance, which will be processed via Pix once the closure process is complete.

Use of the platform 889bet for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that undermines the integrity of sports betting, is strictly prohibited. The 889bet uses automated systems and human review to identify irregular betting patterns.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using false information to bypass promotional restrictions, or coordinating with other Bettors to fraudulently exploit promotions;
• Coordinated arbitrage: Systematic placement of bets across multiple accounts to exploit odds differences in a way that guarantees profit regardless of the outcome;
• Market manipulation: Bets placed based on privileged information about match-fixing or the use of insider information;
• Unauthorized automation: Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform without express authorization from 889bet;
• Money laundering: Using the platform to move funds of illicit origin.

The identification of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with the legal obligations of 889bet.

The 889bet processes Bettors' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Collected data is used exclusively for necessary operational purposes: account creation and management, transaction processing, identity verification, legal compliance, and service-related communications.

Bettors' personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Data is only shared with third parties when necessary to provide the service (such as payment processors) or when required by law or a competent authority.

Bettors have the following rights guaranteed under the LGPD regarding their personal data:

• Confirmation that your personal data is being processed;
• Access to collected and stored data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Data portability to another service provider;
• Deletion of unnecessary data or data collected in breach of the law;
• Withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing.

To exercise any of these rights, the Bettor must contact the support team of 889bet at suporte@889bet.life or via the platform's chat. LGPD-related requests are processed within 15 business days.

The 889bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Bettors. The platform offers a set of tools that any Bettor can configure independently within their account, with no approval process or waiting period:

• Deposit limit: Sets maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 7 days to come into force;
• Betting limits: Restricts the total amount wagered within a given period;
• Temporary break: Suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Voluntary self-exclusion: Suspends account access for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. During self-exclusion, the 889bet will not send promotional communications;
• Responsible gambling test: Periodic questionnaire available in the account for self-assessment of betting behavior.

The 889bet also carries out internal monitoring of behavioral patterns that may indicate problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Bettors showing signs of loss of control. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is having a negative impact on your life, seek help — support is available 24 hours a day.

The 889bet will make all reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and fully operational. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly during scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events. In such cases, the 889bet will notify users with as much advance notice as reasonably possible.

The 889bet is not liable for financial losses arising from:

• Internet connection failures on the Bettor's end that result in unconfirmed bets;
• Betting decisions made based on information from third parties or sources outside the platform;
• Live odds fluctuations between viewing and bet confirmation, within normal operating parameters;
• Delays in financial transactions caused by failures in external banking systems.

The total liability of 889bet toward the Bettor, for any reason, is limited to the real balance available in the Bettor's account at the time of the incident, except where Brazilian consumer protection law provides otherwise.

The 889bet may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, betting industry regulations, services offered, or the platform's internal policies.

Material changes will be communicated to the Bettor with a minimum advance notice of 7 (seven) calendar days before taking effect, through:

• Email notification to the registered address;
• Banner or highlighted notice on the platform upon login;
• Update of the "last modified" date at the top of this page.

If the Bettor does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

The 889bet is committed to responding to all inquiries clearly and within the stated timeframes. In cases of formal complaints not resolved through support, the Bettor may seek consumer protection channels available in Brazil, including the Procon in their state or the consumidor.gov.br platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from this instrument shall be resolved in the court of the Bettor's place of domicile, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990).
